Payment Advice

Purpose

To generate Payment Advice for

  • Advance Payment
  • Bulk Advance Payment
  • Payslip Payment
  • Payroll Payment
  • Employee Deposits

Procedure

Payslip Payment

Workflow: Payslip EntryPayslip Payment Advice">Transaction Inquiry (approval)

  • Select the Payer Bank Account from the drop-down list
  • Select the Payer Cash Account from the drop-down list
  • Select the Payee from the Pay to drop-down list
  • Select the Pay Slip from the drop-down list
  • Click on the Generate Payment Items button to update Payment Items list
  • Click on the Process Payment button to process payment

Payroll Payment

Workflow: Payroll EntryPayroll Payment Advice">Transaction Inquiry (approval)

  • Select the Payer Bank Account from the drop-down list
  • Select the Payer Cash Account from the drop-down list
  • Select the Payee Department from the drop-down list
  • Select the Pay Slip from the drop-down list
  • Click on the Generate Payment Items button to update Payment Items list
  • Click on the Process Payment button to process payment

Advance Payment

Workflow: Advance Application → Approval (Loan / Advance Inquiry) → Advance Payment Advice">Transaction Inquiry (approval)

  • Select the Payer Bank Account from the drop-down list
  • Select the Payer Cash Account from the drop-down list
  • Select the Payee from the Pay to drop-down list
  • Click on the Generate Payment Items button to update Payment Items list
  • Click on the Process Payment button to process payment

Bulk Advance Payment

Workflow: Bulk Advance Application → Approval (Loan / Advance Inquiry) → Bulk Advance Payment Advice">Transaction Inquiry (approval)

  • Select the Payer Bank Account from the drop-down list
  • Select the Payer Cash Account from the drop-down list
  • Select the Department from the drop-down list
  • Select the Payee(s) from the Pay to drop-down list
  • Click on the Generate Payment Items button to update Payment Items list
  • Click on the Process Payment button to process payment
