Attendance Inquiry
Purpose
To inquire and manage AttendanceProcedure
Attendance Inquiry

- Select the Department from the drop-down list
- Select the Employee from the drop-down list
- Set the Date of attendance details
- Click Search to apply filters
Overtime Inquiry

- Select the employee, shift and overtime policy from the drop-down lists to apply filters
- Click the Green Approve button against the overtime request to approve
Outduty Inquiry

- Select the Department from the drop-down list
- Select the Date of the Outduty requests
- Select the employees from the drop-down list
- Click Search to apply filters
- Click the Green Approve button against the Outduty request to approve
Replacement Inquiry

- Select the Department from the drop-down list
- Select the Date of the Replacement requests
- Select the Employee from the drop-down list
- Select the Job Position from the drop-down list
- Select the Shift from the drop-down list
- Click Search to apply filters
- Click the Green Approve button against the Replacement request to approve
Travel Request Inquiry

- Select the Employee from the drop-down list
- Set the Dates to search relevant Requests
- Click on the Search button to apply filters
- Click on the Green Recommend button to recommend travel request
- Click on the Recommend button to recommend the travel request
- Click on the Green Approve button to approve the travel request
- Click on the Approve button to approve the travel request
Work Home Request Inquiry

- Select the Employee from the drop-down list
- Set the Dates to search relevant Requests
- Click on the Search button to apply filters
- Click on the Green Approve button to approve request

Tips and Tricks
Who can approve Outduty and Replacement Requests?
The Supervisor of the Employee or anyone with equal Access rights can approve
Who can recommend/approve the Travel Request?
Only a user with sufficient Access Rights can recommend/approve a travel request
Who can approve the Work Home Request?
Only a Competent Authority of the Employee can approve a Work Home Request
