Company Setup

Purpose

Company Accounts Settings and Parameters, default values and preferences are entered here.

Procedure

General Settings:

It contains all the General Settings of the company including Official Name, Address, Website, Email, Registration Number etc

GL-FMS Settings

It contains all the settings of the respective company related to General Ledger and Finance including it's Home currency, Tax Periods, Fiscal Year etc

InvMS Settings

It contains all the settings related to Inventory of the company e.g. usage of Barcodes, inventory documents, invoices etc

Sales Pricing

It contains the settings related to Sales pricing of the company including Auto price calculation, standard cost and round calculated prices etc

Report Layout

It contains all the settings related to company reports including inclusion of logo settings, report timezone, print dialog etc

User Interface Options

It contains user interface settings of the company including whether to show short name in list, search customer list, search supplier list, login timeout and Max day range in documents etc
